  • If you close the account we refund what you paid and did not use

  4. You top up and order from your balance; credit is switched on once you meet its terms

Shop account terms

  • The account is for registered businesses and opens after we check the commercial registration.
  • The prepaid balance is for buying from Awe Floral only; it cannot be turned into cash or moved to another account.
  • The bonus is added on top-ups and is not refundable. If you close the account we refund the amount you paid and did not use.
  • The credit account runs within the agreed limit and term, with no interest and no late fees.
  • Credit is backed by an electronic promissory note on the Nafith platform for the limit, and we only ever claim the amount actually owed on the statement. Once the account is closed and settled, the note is cancelled.
  • If a payment is late, buying on credit stops; after 7 days late the account is on hold until it is paid.
  • Every order has a tax invoice, and your statement is on this page once you sign in.
  • We contact you on the mobile number and email registered on the account.
