Order details
When you order, we receive your name and number, the delivery address, the recipient’s name and number if the order is a gift, and the card message. We use these to prepare and deliver the order and to contact you about it, and we keep a record of the order for follow-up.
Your order reaches us as a WhatsApp message from you, so WhatsApp’s privacy policy also applies to it.
Analytics and ads
We use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta (Instagram) pixel to see how many visits and orders we get and where they come from. These tools use cookies. We also log page and product visits in our own system, without any name or number.
Online payment
Payments by card, mada and Apple Pay are processed on the licensed Tap Payments page. You enter your card details directly with them; they don’t pass through us and we don’t store them. We only receive the payment status, amount and transaction number from them.
Basket
Your basket is saved only in your browser.
Deleting your data
Message us on WhatsApp at 0539804321 and we’ll delete your data from our records, except what we’re legally required to keep, such as invoices.
