Accepting these terms

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, to our Privacy policy and Replacement and refund policy.

Products

Our products are natural flowers and plants, so small differences in colour, shape or bloom stage can occur with the season and shipment, and are not considered defects. Photos are for illustration. If an item in your order is unavailable, we contact you and offer an alternative of equal or higher value, or refund its price.

Prices

Prices are in Saudi riyals and include 15% VAT. Wholesale and Netherlands import prices change with the market, and we confirm the final price with you before payment.

Orders and confirmation

An order is confirmed once we confirm it with you and receive payment. We may decline or cancel an order before it is fulfilled, for example if a product is unavailable or a price is clearly wrong; in that case we refund you in full.

Payment

We accept mada, Apple Pay and credit cards through a secure payment gateway, or by bank transfer. Card details are entered and processed directly by the payment provider; we never see or store them.

Delivery

We deliver within Riyadh on the day and time slot you choose, subject to availability; delivery times and any delivery fee are shown before you pay. Please make sure the address and recipient number are correct. If delivery fails because of incorrect details or no answer, we contact you to reschedule. Details on our delivery page.

Cancellation and changes

You can cancel or change your order before we start preparing it by messaging us on WhatsApp, and we refund you in full. Once preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled, because flowers are natural, perishable products prepared specially for you. Netherlands import orders are paid in advance and cannot be cancelled after confirmation, because we order them from farms and auctions on your behalf.

Exchanges and returns

If your order arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, take a photo and message us within 6 hours of receiving it, and we will replace it or refund you in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Details in our Replacement and refund policy.

Liability

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control. In any case, our liability for an order does not exceed the amount paid for it.

Intellectual property

The website content, including text, photos and logo, belongs to Awe Floral and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

Governing law

This website, these terms and all orders are governed by the laws, regulations and policies of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here when you place your order applies.
